Thank you for making it so shadow doesn't reveal you. With 40 LMC it is 8 mana per tick. However if you have 12o weapon skill it is 5 mana per tick. Is weapon skill also supposed to affect this? It isn't a matter of the 300 weapon skill points mana reduction bonus either because 120 Ninja, 120 Stealth and 60 weapon skill = 300 points and it is still 8 mana per tick. However, change weapon skill from 60 to 120 and its 5 mana per tick.

Yes. If you place a house only door on the edge of the house and open it, it opens out into the world and is no longer on a valid foundation, which means that it is no longer locked down. This issue doesn't occur in pre-fab housing because there are walls on all sides. Since you can place doors through the house customization many anyway, we removed house only doors from being able to be placed in customized housing.

The problem is, between gozas and other things that re-deed when you go into customize mode, when I build houses, I generally set the design, then forever forbid myself to go back into customize mode. It'd be entirely awesome if there were some way to customize and set deeded items to NOT redeed. Lol, but lacking that, rather than outright banning doors in customize-type houses, could not the logic of multi-item deeded items (tree stump, ore cart, etc) be used instead for crafted doors, to allow them to be used, but not on that outer ring of a house where they would cause the issue you describe?

Yea I did see, like +10 hci -5dci. When our best shoes currently are things like 4 stats, 2 eater, 2 resist... And they make some that are LRC/lmc or capable of adding 10 hci that is sort of crazy. Adding 5ssi to a talisman that is already one of the nicest is also crazy. But that robe and the mage wrap are probably the craziest.

Currently dealing with a door issue (you'll notice there aren't any doors in the Armory of Shadowguard). It'll be resolved before Origin/Izumo.

I wonder if those spellbooks are random slayer ones.
On the bag I got, one was a daemon slayer and the other dinosaur slayer.

And that is one pretty nice obi. 10 str, 10 stam inc. Wow.

Thanks for part 4, devs.

Should cap durability at 150 on all new artifacts and make them non-PoFable so there will be a more lasting need to go farm the stuff.
In fact, this should be the case for every artifact except for "limited time" ones.

So if artifacts are so so, people complain that the artifacts suck and the devs shouldn't waste pixels creating such crappy artifacts...if artifacts are actually good and useful, people complain that it's OP. Seriously...people can't be happy no matter what.

Lol, rather than find a common ground d they either make them junk or make them op. There's a simple way to tone down some of them without making them worthless. Like the talisman, as a trade off for having 5ssi it should have like 10 di or no regen. Putting LRC or lmc with Mr on a robe isn't a a bad idea, but that much with SDI? That robe becomes hands down the best robe out there rather than an option instead of conj garb or SDI/DCI/hci, etc.

New artifacts should have a use, but not be so good that you supplant anything you had before to use them.

Don't get me started on the mage weapon or the 10lrc 10lmc shoes...

Leg armors and boots are no longer visible through the evening gown while an avatar is running in the Classic & Enhanced Clients.
In the EC, the avatar's butt still randomly pops through the evening gown, and there are multiple odd white bits that appear around the legs when in motion (dye the dress black and you can't miss them)

Partial hueing on the kilts has been adjusted to better show the hue.
The gilded kilt still looks awful on the avatar in the EC, especially when in motion. The dyed bits overwhelm the gilded bits...the other kilts don't do this anymore. It also still looks weird in the CC.

Also this house tile:



Needs opposite facings for consistency's sake (Connected line going to the LEFT side). You can't possibly achieve an pleasingly symmetrical design without it!

While I appreciate the quest... I'd strongly suggest you pick a mob somewhere in a Trammel rule-set. Few people are going to want to deal with the headaches of Fel.

Hmm.. I cancelled and reacquired the quest several times for different masteries... It was always the Primeval Lich that it asked me to kill.

@DJAd you are a god among mortals, thanks for posting all those artifact stats.

All I really have to say is that I'm really happy with the buffs to these items. A lot is going to depend on just how valuable these new slayer (and protection) properties are, but I'll trust that you guys have big things in store for them given how prominently they're featured.

I love love love all the new clothing artifacts. When it comes to statted clothing I feel like you either need to not do it at all, or go all out with it so that you don't end up with everyone in the game wearing the same two items. For basically ten years now UO has been in that zone of everyone wearing the same few things, but hopefully this will change that up.

Basically yeah I'm really happy and I can't say those guys don't ever listen. I'm still not sure exactly what niche that obsidian sword is supposed to fill, but I do kinda want one.

Also, random, what if there was a Tactics Mastery that caused you to leech stamina and mana but which did not stack with leeches on items? That might be harder to code than it sounds, but it would be basically the "learn to survive off me and you free up two item property slots on your weapon!" mastery and maybe make it so items can be a little more diverse without being underpowered.

Edit: Left out the word "at" in a sentence.

GREAT artifact boosts. That shield went from being meh to top item for me. Psyched to see a must have item out there, and there are several!

Sad that wrestling is still worthless, though.

Or even other stuff that doesn't revolve around stats. For real devs, next time we're griping about being bored, just like take the Charger of the Fallen, hue it in all the ore colors, and have them drop from like Doom Gauntlet, higher colors more rare with valorite being almost unheard of. That's like almost no dev work but it would be a blast. There would be people running around down there forever.

Make it an event, call it CHARGERS OF DOOM, buff some of the bosses, then just leave it permanent.

Well I will tell you, I am amazed that for the very small dev staff we have, that they have put such a project as this in our hands, or close to being there. Kudos to you guys!!! Kyronix, you are the greatest, you listen, you reply, you react and make it happen, sooooooo many things I saw complained about were changed, so many items made so much better! And I know it wasn't all just Kyronix, I salute you all! Oh and by the way, the night on test when our guild got to personally test the Shadowguard encounter was right up there with the most amazing things in UO I have done in my years, thank ye for that!

I guess because Gargish Earrings have resists as basic item stats (they replace the gloves armor slot) while human earrings don't

I guess because Gargish Earrings have resists as basic item stats (they replace the gloves armor slot) while human earrings don't
Hmm. In which case.. it makes the garg ones even more terrible than the human ones :)

Still. I really like some of the new arties. Very interesting.

Currently dealing with a door issue (you'll notice there aren't any doors in the Armory of Shadowguard). It'll be resolved before Origin/Izumo.
Good to hear looking forward to it. Just didn't want it to be forgotten.

Is there a way to macro injecting strike? So u don't need to open the book or click the icon each time? Didn't see it in the macro list in CC.
