These are Sampire legs. Good for tanking. Why non-medable for sampire? Cause you leech mana with your weapon and do armor ignores at 55LMC.

Less mana spent + mana leeched = medable/mana regen not needed

Refined to hell?

They're +1 in all resist except for Cold. Also, did you know you can re-refine an item as many times as you want, with whatever refinement you want. For example, you can use a Cure of Defense and make it just +1 to max Fire and -1 max DCI.
