Fel stat loss

Just walking along in fel and my stats(hit points, stamina, mana) drop by around half in certain places, Why? Like when i enter dungeons or cast sacred journey, so any character i have with chivalry, im assuming its chivalry, on all my warriors anyway.

To be more specific: whenever you cross a server line, all of your stat buffs are removed for an instant, so your current HP/mana/stamina drop to your 'natural' maximum and then you need to wait until they regenerate to the 'buffed' maximums.
