I would love to pay for my account

Anyone know of a way to pay for accounts other than the link from uo.com site? I would love to play however, account management seems to not want to be cooperative....Any information on account page downtime would be very much appreciated...

Do you have multiple accounts associated with different email addresses? I've found that within the last year or two, I can now only use my credit card with one email address through account management. If I try with the others, I get errors. What I do now is buy game time codes from the Origin store using the email address that is now associated with my card and use those game time codes on the other accounts.

I cant believe this issue hasnt been resolved yet. Should be priority one in my opinion. Stop working on the expansion. If people cant activate their accounts the expansion is useless.

Perhaps this is an issue of where you live. I get there just fine going to uo.com and then selecting account management though the green button on the right. Maybe it's the browser you are using. Try using Chrome or Firefox.

Ctrl + f5 is a handy shortcut, but sometimes not enough, and needing to force cache deleted.. does sound like a cache issue though

Yes, Pandora wants to give them cache, but the website isn't working...

I do appreciate all the info, Thank You all. I did get it to working by refreshing the page, I use Chrome. Thankful it wasn't like the last time when everybody lost their homes.....
