Just run a trace route to all the servers and you will find the cities.
From my Wtfast it appears all EC servers are in Virginia and all WC servers are near san jose, CA
Lag is bad everywhere at EM events.
And lately there is something wrong with many internet providers. I don't know what's up of late but since a couple weeks ago I think everyone is complaining everywhere not just in UO about lag.
