U better go off with reforging with horned kits until u get a plain clean one with 15damage eater, and then imbue it...
Clean 15 DE can be made with spined runic BUT imbuing weight is 225 and 8LMC+8 SI adding 220 more , soo only +1 MR fits to 500. And nice DE parts are rare.
are you sure with spined kit? so spined + powerful?

Used to craft a lot of those before they fixed the damage eater intensity bug when the imbuing system came out...
Its out there, but yes very rare. you may have to settle for non-perfect mods. This piece got no bids when i had it up for auction, so i incorporated it into a high end 211 stam suit. worked out well, 140hp 211stam 144mana, 16mr, but using this piece allowed for the damage eater and hpr to be bumbed up a bit.
