unable to log into one of my accounts

We quit playing a couple of years ago and I was able to get back into my account, however my wife no longer has the email account associated with the old account. When we came back a couple of months ago, we went though EA, ORigin, and even sent Mesanna an email and receiving no help.. they shot us around in a circle all the EA, Mythic, Origin websites etc. I know the name on the account, and all the characters on the accout.. but no long have the email associated with it. PLEASE someone tell me how I can reactivate this account. the phone CS for UO is very lacking in this department..

Oh, that sucks. My friend that got me playing was in a similar situation with the email address no longer used, he was able to talk to an ea employee over a "chat help" or something, then after that, they gave him a number to call, and they were able to fix it for him. I will ask him about it again, if i uncover any other info that may be of assistance i will be sure to let you know... good luck

Don't fret if you are unable to get the account back. UO has changed in a way that makes creating a new account almost equal to a 14+ year account. Skills are easy to raise and can literally be purchased from Origin. Houses decay if the account was unpaid for any length of time over 90 days so no reason there... also all of your armor and weapons will be relatively worthless in an old account unless they have "made by" tags and could be sold as rares. It's fairly easy to restart if you haven't played in a long time.

I understand that its easier, but the wife is interested in the characters she has already spent years building on. Not to mention her tames in the stable. she refuses to play unless it is on her account that she already invested years into. =(
