If it had -MW then I'd say like 150-200mil. Similar Dagger and Cleaver are in that price range currently.
This would be for a mage hybrid template, something that requires fighting skill, so its less desirable.

I would say that this is a fair offer, at least IMO.
I'd throw a Buyout on it (200m), and then do best offer for like 3 days. Virem will probably end up winning it, or some price close.

it's very nice. I was in process of buying one similar to this before i found my butcher's knife. The offer was 500m, but that was only because of how perfect it fit my template.

This peice requires a perfect template - few people run tank suits these days, but this is a very nice weapon.

I'd say @virem offer is a solid one.

Thank you all. I have a nox/scribe mage(thus the DP on it) that this would go nicely on. I barely use him though. So having such a nice kryss sitting stagnant is a waste. @virem If i decide to sell this, I'll let you know.
