No definitely not a daily rare to be honest i havent even seen one on any shard.

Good possibility it was the ones that said 10 stones on them this one is three stones ive asked brokers and some of them had no idea, Good possibility their server birth.

If the only difference is the stone weight you will be hard pressed to get much more for it than any other non-tagged artifact.

Just a quick observation and question...remember the Inu event? Where only like 2 or 3 of these stools were stolen from Inu's Cell before the Dev's fixed it? Could it be one of those, and therefor MUCH more rare then the doom stealable?

DeSpell and I had been trying to figure out the differences between those, the quest items, etc to historically document these, so if anyone knows the differences, it would be appreciated if you let either of us know ^_^
