Normally if I was doing an auction I would put a reserve. If I were to put a reserve seeing I am looking to sell this before I leave I limit myself if I make to high and end up giving away if too low. .....I just read what I typed there and I hope it makes sense.

I see what your saying...so I am going to put a 50 mil buyout and willing to take offers to consider if you want to offer less. does that help?

I sure wish I knew what you thought a "decent offer" might be. Why not just put an asking price and be done with it? I have no desire to bid blind.

I understand what you are saying hard to read minds, if you look at my other threads I usually do an auction. Most of the time its hard to guess what something might go for.
