Update I have been to 6 different Shards so far and my Toon still says Baja, 4 more shards to go till I get home to Baja will update with my last shard being Origin (LOL) before home. This is getting weird because mine didn't change while it looks like some did, I have a Shard where others don't, this Toon has never been copied to TC.

so fresh back from Balhae he has the Balhae tag available to him but no ATL tag.
copy him over to TC and the ATL tag becomes available.

Scratches head, just finished 10 shard hop and every shard I went to my reward stayed Baja and is still Baja. Strange, very strange. The RNG loves one us us. Who the hell knows why.sorry, forgot to bring this full circle.

well ya, that makes sense, the only reason mine changed was because i copied to TC on each shard i went too - otherwise it would have stayed ATL the entire time like it has previously.

Here's something I did not know about Toons after they have been transferred. You can not delete a transferred Toon for 7 days, just like a new Toon. I used a throw away char to make a xfer and was gonna delete it after I unloaded it and it says I can't for 7 days.

i purchased a 'owned my' tali with the thought that i was going to be x-sharding the tali to where i needed it and it would be reset while in transit.
tali made it to destination shard..... didnt reset.
Your Toon has a number with it and when you transfer that number changes. Go into chat and look to the left of your name and after you xfer do the same and you will see that number has changed. You are not reset, you are a new char with the attributes of your old char.
Right which makes the Bless For and "Owned by" items not recognize you anymore.
It does not reset the tally, it is still owned by the Toon with the unique Toon #XYZ that you see just to the left of your Toon name in chat. Write down that # and do a xfer and you will find that # has changed. No two Toons will have the same # so IMHO this is UOs way to track Toons and make sure they have the right one even when you Xfer. Yes the Tally should work fine but $hit happens and not all survive but it has never removed the owned by that I have ever seen.
