Account Upgrade Question

I purchased the 7th character slot and storage and the Housing and Bank storage upgrades. The 7th character slot and storage upgrade will not install. Any ideas?

Found the Problem: I used the Housing and Bank storage upgrade first, then the 7th character slot and storage would not work because the storage is a duplicate. I had to purchase a 7th Character slot upgrade by itself and that worked.
