Honestly I didn't even know how to spell it.

I seen on uoguide where it says:

Voting Requirements
  • Not have already voted with the same account on the same shard.
  • Not be on a trial account
  • Not be a young player
  • Have citizenship to the city they wish to vote
  • Be at least respected
I don't see this on the UO site or here anywhere stating the first one is true. Is this true now?

ps. I am happy if it is true.

Yes, it is true. Each account can only have one vote per shard now.
