Can we starting getting these to drop in spawns and possible other things? The 105 scrolls that are dropping are worthless are take too long to combine to get anything of value.

They should drop on some of the mini spawns and/or peerless bosses.

turn in 105s for points, collect alacrities from clean-up brit. although i dont think the cleanup system should have ever been added on a perma basis, thats pretty much the answer the game provides at this point.

Pretty sure if the sum of the game is to only benefit from throwing things in the garbage, they're doing it wrong.
