Broadsword/EA should grow a set of stones and do the same. If they can't grow a set of their own then borrow Blizzard's.
4 years ago they gave me a 24 hr ban for standing up for myself, my sister, our guild, and others when a noxious, cheatin', no account
jackarse cussed us ten ways to Sunday in general chat. Yes we put him on ignore.
SEVEN characters of his I put on ignore before I got fed up.
As fast as we'd put him on ignore he'd get on another character. This brayin' jackarse had been banned several times and kept coming back on the same characters. I told him off, I shouldn't have said some of the things I did, but I am
NOT SORRY. The saddest part was this happened during an event, the EMs were cussed out by this raging jackarse and helpless to do anything about it.
Paging a GM was worthless, except when HE paged on me. I did my 24 hr bid. I'm still here playing UO, he's not. I believe he was caught duping
again and perma-banned. He was a known duper and had a dupe house at yew gate that recently fell. Mesanna knew about him; instead of banning him she changed his locked down piles of duped robes into plain robes. If you played Legends longer than two years you KNOW of whom I speak.
If she'd had the stones to perma ban him, heck I'd been agreeable to one month's ban time. I guess what I'm trying to say is if they'd dealt early on with problem people then you'd still have more players, then to let em stay, run off a bunch of players and
then ban them. If I had a million gold for every time I have heard of someone that quit because of cheating and general greifer/bullyish behavior. I'd be the first UO Trillionaire. LOL
Let it be known I have
NEVER cheated, duped, or done anything illegal in 14 years of playing UO!
