Ok I dropped my shields on the 28th of April...yesterday I had new tokens, around 2 weeks. I thought they were once a month, has that changed or are they on like a system timer and not a placement timer?

Shard Shield?

I believe they are on your general timer each month on the anniversarywhen your account ages
It has to be something like that because all my shields get tokens on the same day and they were not pick/hung on the same day.
