Yes, we are talking about the same one hehe. the black hooded robe that says hooded shroud of shadows we got with AOS. they are on vendors semi-often for one million or less.

I thought the UO store no longer sold them, but if they still do, that just makes them less rare again sadly. By "spawn" I meant that they used to be sold in the store, they have never actually spawned in game.
