Deed allows the owner of a house within (xx) steps away from the coast to place a dock. Might have same functionality as light house, but owner can place a fishmonger or other sea fairing NPCs on dock.

I'd like to see a book of deeds like a BoD book but for all the deeds like holiday gift tickets, crystal and shadow items, Tailoring and Smithing BoD reward items like tapestries and anvils etc.... can be put in to take up 1 lockdown hold up to 500 deeds and be able to price them like a BoD book as well as sort them so you can put them on a vendor and sell them easily as well as store them easily and find them.

I'd like something like the sheep, tree stumps, ore/gem carts that gives STONE...

I'd like a wagon deed so I can place a gypsy wagon somewhere that has things like a forge and anvil etc near places that works sort of like a boat for land... you place it somewhere and have to refresh it and such everyday of use but it'll have a hold like a Britannian Ship you can store stuff in temporarily but it has a 1 week timer so you have to actually pick it up after the week or it returns to your bank and then can't be placed down again for 2 hours. So people can't claim the same spot continually without ever picking it up and can't pick it up and drop it right back down again to restart the timer.

A potting tool - lets you take all of the old potted plants, orchids, maple trees, etc, and toggle the graphics between "potted" and "not potted". It'd make those plants sooooooo much nicer for decorating with!

A fungiculture log - mushroom spores carried on mobs in any cave or dungeon (like seeds on bog-related mobs), growable into various types of mushrooms on the log.

A BOD filing cabinet - a replacement for vendor storage for BODs, to make them at least a bit simpler to manage. Each one holds 1000 items worth, uses up 4 vendor slots in a house, *only* holds BOD books and loose BODs, and storage does not count against the house storage.

A new gump for the existing types of book shelves, one which has space for many books, rather than the largest container still having the smallest gump.

But they still get the sub every 90 days and something is better than nothing at all. Sad if you really think about it that those 90 day accounts may just be enough to keep UO afloat.

- Unlocked doors automatically open upon approach
- Annoying Mongbats, small rats & small snakes, that are not in dungeons wont target you or your pets.
- When approaching a bank your bank box auto opens.( all banks or loyal city bank)
- When approaching the town crier, it announces your arrival. ( all or loyal city)
- Auto eats when your hungry until your full as long as there is edibles in your pack.( NPC's of loyal city randomly spawn edibles in your pack when you approach as long as you can carry the additional items/weight)
- Lets you use the Gate spell without using any resources , & regardless of magery skill.
( as longs as a spellbook on you contains the spell)

( put those coffee grinders and coffee plants to work!)
#7 Account bound non transferable...remains in your master bankbox..
Master reusable soulstone, can hold all the skills you can put in it,
as well as multiples of the same skill....great idea for the new money system...all cash accessible by all toons.... so 1 bankbox for an entire account.

I agree, but if the dock is (XX) steps from your neighbor's house they can destroy it with an ax.

There would certainly need to be guidelines, but a neighbor should never be able to remove the dock. It would hold the same status as your home. So, if you have a private home, the dock would not be accessible until that was changed to public.

Oh yeah, and make it automatically change so that turnin points are account wide between all chars on a shard, so we can quit storing stuff and then having to swap to one turnin char to keep the points up high enough to use

The ability to transfer faction horses. If not with other accounts, at least be able to distribute among the account they're currently on.

I like both suggestions. I also think we need to raise the cap on the turn in points. I have to store stuff now and swap characters to turn in simply because I have 3 characters maxed already.

As an idocer I dislike seeing EM or dev event changes to the landscape, so if we get these please make them invisible to me. (Instanced).

I always feel like the landscape is one thing the original dev team got right, no changes required here kthx.

I'd be okay with this only if the house is a 7 x 7 classic style that is crafted from locally sourced materials and you must log in daily at both houses to keep them.

There are too many player-less 18 x 18 houses and castles standing wall to wall as is.

and also would like to see banners for the tops of our hi seas ships designating a township per say, and governors control what towns there city is at a disagreement with and allow fights between two or more ships not killing the crew or harming them but disabiling there rival and aquiring points for said kill redeemable for cool stuf not listed yet. and of course any tall ship not of a city can have a privatter banner allowing them to disable any ship in this system..

I'm a hoarder! I'd like a special chest that is double the storage capacity. Its gotta be pretty, or maybe sinister! A deed and we choose either pretty or sinister chest.

When I turned 18, all I wanted was a car that worked, so I really like the idea of a wagon - with some storage - would be especially useful for a miner or gypsy or other vagabond type.

Also, another nifty idea, a portable smithy... yeah, that's the ticket!
A token that can be used to place a temporary forge & anvil anywhere - token would be account bound so no selling it for gross amounts of gold. The resulting smithy can be used by anyone, and will disappear 3 minutes after placement.
