45m, on the condition that before purchase i can confirm its "hidden blessed" status. equip spellbook. die in fel, i check corpse (if its hidden blessed it will not be lootable obviously)

First thing I've heard about "hidden blessed" I had one that couldn't be insured or blessed. I didn't try dying with it as Smoot says above but I would be interested to hear the results.

If it was blessed, it would be worth more.
I offered 40, as I can only see a possible resale of 50, after it sits on my vendor for a long while(ticking off 500k a day).
Unless @Longtooths comes along with some extra desperation. He seems to have a fascination with Glacial spellbooks.

You may want to add a reserve.
Also there is an rares fest coming up. You could save it for than too.

From what i know... Original doggy dupe had blessed in name. The dupe that came after didnt have blessed in name but still acted like it was.

All the books that is Not Blessed, if you Die, will stay on the corpse and it Can be looted

if you sell the book to npc & buy it back, it becomes blessed.

Also, some of these "Hidden Blessed" items can be stolen by thieves. like some of the old clothes, if you tried to bless the same item twice, it would remove the "Blessed" tag, but it would become steal-able, It just wouldn't drop if you die with it.

I'll offer 50m if it's Not blessed.

Ahh, Yes it was a couple years ago I believe, it is possible they fixed that... I'm not positive about the spellbook being able to be stolen either, but I do know the clothing pieces were.

It's definitely fixed, you cannot bless spell-books by selling to an npc & buying it back (unless it never worked with necro-spell-books?).

It is not that i cannot do it; rather I think a reasonable price for Glacial Spellbooks is 60m, that and I have purchased over 100 for that price or lower. That being said, I sincerely have no problem if you decide to decline my offer and pursue a better price. Just let me know...

Just to clarify, they do not sell for 80-90 all day on Atlantic Crazy J, people put them on vendors for that price, then they sit there not selling for weeks or months until the person significantly drops the price.

um for one ive seen the books a few go for 80-90 yes your right gotta wait for the person but for this item you always gotta wait for that one person to buy, people pay nonstop 60-70 and resell them, so therefore they are worth 80, captain idk what u got against me u post somethin neg on all my stuff last post was my butchers knife you said iw ouldnt get more then 100 for, oh and btw i got 160
