Weird skill error on Cats last night, ideas?

Logged in to bond my dread mare, tried to Animal Lore him, got the "You must wait a few moments to use skill" message. Assumed I had accidentally hid or something. Rode around for a few minutes, dismounted, tried again, same error. No matter what I did, if I tried to use a skill got same error.

Switched to my other account on Legends, worked just fine.

Logged back in to Cats, still getting error.

I just transferred to Cats to pick up a pet, so I have no macros set.

Pulled my hair out trying to get this to work.

I've had this happen a few times, once specific instance where I'm in the middle of using a skill and someone tries to transfer a pet to me. Lately, the only way I've been able to fix it is to page a GM.

To follow up, paged a GM around 230 pm cst, after 30ish minutes just gave up. Tried the tool thing, no go. Walked through a gate to force stealth check and it reset. Thank you again for the thread reference.

Go to your home and say "I wish to lock this down" and target your life bar.

Damn... unless Flutter's trick works, or someone wlse has another idea, you seem to be stuck waiting on the GMs. If you have one around, try paging your shard Advisor - even if they can't fix it directly, they can sometimes get the direct attention of a GM when we seem unable to reach them...

I thought the fix was to use the honor attribute

No, the moongate fixed it. My character stealthed out of gate automatically. Honor did not work.
