Help in Game

I am having trouble in game with a box :labeled Chest of mutilated Souls. It sparkles when opened. i do not remember putting anything in it but it reads that there is 115 items in it and I can not open it. When I try to put in a help request in the paperdoll menu it always reads cancel help request.. always says that even when I cancel it. So I am looking for some help here @developers. Thank you!

The prompt always asks Cancel Help Request. Just ignore that and submit your problem if you have not already.

Thank you for your response. It does not give me the option to even make a request. I click and it says help request canceled. I have no access to do anything but that in the menu

But how? Cancel replaces submit in the menu.

you are getting this menu and selecting "other"? also selecting "other" on the next screen?

But this means submitting the problem on uo.com, not exactly "paging the gm".

I've never known another way to page a GM.... does it not work at all anymore? I know that some do not get a response or that help comes too late

The box is from an EM event. Put it in a Blue Beetle and you will be able to open it. Also think you can put it on a vendor and open it up.

Ok So i locked it down and set it to anyone!~ So people could see the sparkles and someone decided to use it as a trash can for their spellbook crafting time!! hahhaha I will be monitoring this regularly!!!

And what's with the issue? I still can't get my sash to work or page a gm about it.

Also on vendor you can open a Bag of Sending.
