Just found out that there is a Governors forum, and I am supposed to contact an Admin to gain admittance. Sooooo who is an Admin and how do I contact you?

The Admins are @Kirthag @Zuckuss and @Oscar the Grouch you can contact them by sending them a private message here on Stratics by clicking their name, then pressing the "start a conversation" button.
