You do realize that the ones spawning in the Underworld that are stealable also carry an artifact rarity number which makes them a lot less desirable compared to a true server birth item? As for the plate of food and dirty plate, this spawned in the 4 small houses right outside Brit on the fel side but from what I remember, they no longer do.
they are rares, the ones that currently spawn have an artifact rarity tag. However, the non-tag variety spawned for a very long time, i want to say around a year. this was relatively recently, a year or 2 ago. i really forget if these were a stealable or just able to be picked up. So maybe sorta a server birth, just a modern one and were relatively common but getting harder to find now.

Yeah, the plates were a daily spawn for awhile...at the savage swamp camp south of skara I believe. They have stopped spawning and I typically sell them for a million at my shop on Atl.
I was so upset as I had "real" ones for years when they reintroduced them. I don't mind the stealables as you can tell them apart.. but the daily versions were exactly the same.

Let's clear this up. 
Plate of food and Dirty Plate are/were server births. A few years ago the Plate of Food started spawning once a day on one of the tables in the 4 little houses right outside Brit. No stealing needed, just picked it up. Once you "ate" the Plate of Food, it became a Dirty Plate. These did not have a rarity tag like stealables do. The Plate of Food no longer spawns in this location.
