I visited atl and found a vendor south of the east exit to luna bank that sells this cloth, white cloth is slime dyed or is it the dread spider cloth ?

I've been wandering around Luna Atlantic looking for people who might be wearing it and whenever I find it people just tell me no no I dyed it using the white dye tub... honest or no its ice white BOD reward cloth !

What's the issue with this its perfectly legal isn't it ?

I have over a hundred bolts of it.. My five vendors are wearing different style robes and dresses crafted out of it.
