Don't buy gametime right now

Long story short, the Origin store isn't generating codes when you buy 1 month gametime.

When I paid I didn't get a code like usual so I figured it would be in the email body so I continue to buy my 2nd code. Nope.

Here I sit at 5:30AM talking to some dummy EA India CSR that's telling me Ea has stopped selling and supporting older games.

What crap.

Try logging in on Origin store, go to your account -> purchase history, expand the gametime code purchase and see if the code is there.
Had this happen to me an year ago, but when I checked there, I could fetch the code and use it.

Yes it's for gold but I am actually having issues getting more codes because of this as well.

Amazing! I'd say "unbelievable" too if it weren't for this being EA we're talking about. This crap with bad codes, used codes and/or no code at all has gone on for years now.

I bought a 6 month GTC from the EU origin store about 6 hours ago. Worked smooth for me.
Maybe it´s just 1 month codes that´s borky?

Brazil Origin store takes between 1 to 4 hours to deliver it, so I will update you guys once that time has elapsed or I get the code, whichever comes first.

Yep, same here. I tried three times last night to get a code and got no code. Of course, I got BILLED for three codes though. Even checked my history but no codes there.

Go figure.

Nope, no codes. But I did magically get three refunds after talking to customer service.

I didn't even have to threaten them with my trusty axe !

It has been 96 hours and no code for my purchase yet.
I ordered another one earlier today morning to see if they got it fixed for new orders at least...

Yes, I am waiting on two 30 days gametime codes right now.
Given that I have to use the Brazil Origin store, it can take 1 to 4 hours for my purchase to process and give me my codes, so it is too early to say if the new purchase got stuck or not.

Sorry for the double post, but I have news.
I got the code for the most recent purchase, and it actually worked!

Now to wait and see how long it will take for me to get the code for the purchase that I have been sitting on 96 hours already.
