new items were added with pub 86. Personally, any new art / items i would think would be better used for actual game content rather than rewards for a mindless trash service. Id like to see old popular items, like bless deeds, added as drops rather than be put back on the list.

I don't know so much about the bless deeds coming back. I would like to see more deco items added. Tapestries, Rugs, furniture but then when I say that I want those to be things I can CRAFT. I think about saying I'd like more plants added as well but there again I'd rather they were added to the plant menu's.... where I can grow the seeds and xbreed them and such and make MORE plants and more colors of them.
I'd like more dye colors added. I'm forever wanting more blues... More oranges, Greens.... Browns. But then I want a new dye tub. Something that allows me to give furniture and clothes the "two tone" natures with DARKER colors and not the bright pastels of the current dual tone tubs.
I'd like to get more nice talismans and perhaps some really nice slayer spellbooks could be added to the rewards. Something that is along the lines of a slayer scrappers without me having to take 10 years of collecting crap to craft it.
How about offering a "Master" runebook that holds 50 runes???
And please remember to add more junk to be tossed... And perhaps it's time to consider putting Vet rewards on the turn in list. Though I'd hope they would be worth something more than 50 points. Though I still would prefer some sort of Vet Reward exchange system. The old robes and cloaks just don't do anything for anyone anymore. Even now that we can make them into dresses and such they are still grossly outdated. I mean really who wants a robe with a tiny amount of physical resist when we have imbuing???? If it was something like SDI or SSI or DCI or MR or SR or something then YES more folk would want them... But physical resist? No..... totally useless. There are a million things I'd rather have than that. I wish I could turn them all in and get me the soulstone instead... but back when many of us originally picked the robes we did so because well... it was there... and we didn't have any of these other wonderful choices we have now otherwise I certainly would have chosen them instead. Heck I'd like to turn in and trade in some of the 40 lich, skeleton, dragon and demon statues I have for something "new"...

The luck talisman was a nice addition (and the other talismans I suppose, though the luck one is the only one I chose) but most of the rest of the most recent items added as cleanup rewards were just recycled/renamed stuff. I'd like to see some more new deco stuff as cleanup rewards, and for some of the old stuff to come back. (Bless deeds would be welcome of course!) There were some great ideas tossed around a while back. Even just adding some of the things that have been given out as gifts over the years like scroll books, mannequins, and display cases, would be simple but good additions... they already added mailboxes, so why not?
All of the turn in type stuff needs to be re-evaluated. The museum points, for example, are way too high for most shards to tier up these days, and no one wants to do most of them because everyone who wants the rewards has them (or can just buy them).

I totally agree about museum points. The only people that do them without actually outright using gold are scripters. No one in their right mind is going to actually grind out that much crap. Since the beginning of the Museums I've been taming unicorns and turning them in to the Zoo... the most points I've built up on any one character has been 250k points... which I have yet to use... And that's in the YEARS since the Zoo started.
The "average" player is NEVER going to build up enough points to get a reasonable reward. Sure someone "could" grind them out but by doing it by hand honestly... NO. Either we need better points for our turn ins... as well as more things we CAN turn in for points .... or the costs need to come down like by about 1/3 to 1/4 at least.

I've been struggling on Napa.... I'm not a scripter.... yeah... its terribly high.
I've got some dozen or more Tamers... I've worked them all up taming unicorns and turning them in to the zoo. I try to do it as often as I can ..... Used to be I'd work on getting my .1 gains every day.... then it turned to every week.... now it's once in a blue moon... but over the years you'd think I'd have racked up tons of points... but no. Still haven't gotten enough to claim anything really.
Long time ago I used to try to get things from the Vesper Museum... turned in wood tons of it... I forget what exactly it was I was after... but after awhile... I gave it up. I still recall when the Britannian Ship came out and was available for turn in points at the Library in Brit... and then the disgust everyone had over how many zillions of points it was.
I honestly remember back when these things came out thinking to myself "Do the DEV's actually really play UO?????? How could they think that ANYONE in their right mind would sit there and grind out these turn ins???" Even Spring Clean points are nearly as horrible as the Collections. Infact I'd rather grind at spring clean points and the City Trade Deal runs than I would getting stuff to turn into the collections. The INSANE number of T-Maps and other things it takes to get most rewards is just sickening.
I'm sure it's a fine gold sink..... but for those of us who play and don't have billions of gold... it's out of reach.
