From what they said it's 5 days from like new to IDOC.

Right now my house went from like new to slightly worn in 35 minutes. There is also another house I am watching that is currently Somewhat Worn.

You're on Origin though, right, so you have the publish? I'm curious about the rest of the shards though. Housing is controlled by the housing server, right? Or does that just signal when a house goes into decay and the decay rules are controlled by the publish.
