[Price Check] Old Charcoal Armor (different from invasion armor)

I need a price check on this coal armor set, (not charcoal). I apologize for the misleading title. The set is missing a helm, but is pictured below.

This is different than my previous post for invasion armor, just to avoid any confusion.

All I have is those 5 pieces. I also need someone to confirm if this is coal armor or one of the varying shades of shadow (from way back in the day). It's darker than the charcoal invasion armor and lighter than the shadow ingots we use today.

your plate is not coal. It is one of the 30 npc colours.

Unfortunetely value is low.I have tried to sell parts(250k) at rares festival witout any succes.Full set is maybe more insteresting for collectors.

Full coal excep is worth alot !

I don't know the exact hue number, but coal is much darker. I belive that is the "coal" pigment color

I have sold complete sets of NPC style armor for 40-50m, slightly more for some of the desirable colors.

Missing pieces devalues it more than just 1/6th of the price since its not a full set.

it seems that your gloves have a different colour from the other parts.Can you verify if it is the same color?
I have some plate helms left from when I had the bright idea to collect all npc sets.

If it was NPC AR, it is NOT exceptional, Of Exceptional Quliaty, or marked with the color (verite, val, etc)

I haven't sold any full coal suits of recent.

Well,
technically npc armor with excep quality was possible to make with npc ingots, before the current colored ingots was introduced.And those npc ingots come from smelting npc armor.
But I do not think anyone made npc armor that way long ago, so you are sort of right in your statement.

I cant say I've seen any gradients of exceptional AR, but never know
