I know it’s my own fault, but I am still shocked and angry and sad.
End of December I wanted to reactivate 2 of my accounts because I knew end of January the house would start to be condemned, on one account I have one house on DF and one on Siege. I wasn't able to buy at origin, not with PayPal, paysafecard or KK. I thought well maybe it’s because I am in London so I wait until I get back home. Came home... the same so I wrote origin... well it’s still not sorted out.
So I checked my houses every other day. Tuesday to Wednesday night CET midnight all my houses were ok. Friday afternoon I logged in to check again and saw the two where condemned, one fairly one greatly. I asked a friend to help me out with GTCs and he gave me 2 GTCs. I was on the way to reactivate my accounts when I got an ICQ message from a friend on Siege telling me that my keep fell, I thought it’s a joke because the house on DF on the same account is still there and greatly. It wasn't a joke.... the keep was gone! The house on DF is safe but the more important one on siege with all my soul stones in it .... gone!
IDOC times are so messed up that on one and the same account one house is gone after 2,5 days and the other is still there! On the other account (I activate those 2 accounts always at the same time day hour) the house was fairly worn!
I know, a few will say just pay them all the time, but I am paying 3 accounts full time and 4 just to hold old houses and guild houses!
Once upon a time one could check at the account management when an account went inactive…. *sighs* now you have to write it down or have a real good memory… and you knew you have around 4 -5 days’.
*ponders what happened to the saying “the customer is king”*
