I tested both of these and the old ship claim ticket and white bank checks. They all seemed fine for now.

I was just wondering what would happen if ya clicked it. Do you get a message, a non functioning guild stone or nothing.

A deed that says "A Guild Deed" does nothing when you double-click it. A deed that has a guild name will place a guild stone.
