Non-reps are pretty neat, you should try and get it over to Atl to make your fastest money on it, people buy them left and right over there. I'm sure that someone has a train going off Pac to Atl that you can jump on, and if all else fails you can always just wait for a Pacific event with a drop and get it easily xferred over to Atl with a reputable rares dealer.
