Problem with Account and [email protected] not responding

Does anyone have a telephone number for account billing? A friend is having an issue applying funds to her account.

[email protected] started to help they changed her password and had not responded telling them what it is. She has several emails from [email protected] that she has to write to [email protected]. This is a run around !

She can not get into her account and can't pay for her account.

Can someone give me a phone number for her to contact? Or a better place than [email protected] that does not help.

Origin has a 24hr online chat option buried somewhere in that mess of a website under the support section.

EDIT: Not sure if you can still go through there with UO problems being it's Broadsword now but they should have a number.

I have not been able to find a phone number I cant get that far.

Go to origin then go through the Contact US link top right of the page. There you need to fill out a questionnaire to get the point to see the contact list of phone numbers and online chat option.

Do the chat if at all possible.

I tried that it asks me for a unique name I have tried 6 diff names all are taken. If it isnt my name how do they know what account its supposed to be?
Can it be this hard to make payments?

Trying again and the contact us webpage has been loading for several minutes now

I just tried it and it says EA help is currently experiencing an outage. You could try to email mesanna but that's going to be a toss up if she wants to answer you or not after hours.

Is there not a link for a forgotten password?

I want to thank everyone for the help. I forwarded the thread to my friend and am hoping her issues get resolved. I followed the advice here and fixed my own issue.
