guys, what the heck, play nice. i did busniess with both and had no issues with JD or Goldberg.
i never thought for a second to give it away for less than 500 BUT now i am at the point to remove mage armor, enhance with barbed, bless it and lock it down in my house because its insane. (its by far the best piece i ever found)

u are meaning the HCI / DCI thing with this 1 percent right? afaik if you have both on the cap is 4 so i dont think its possible to get 5hci and 5 dci an one piece

im really not sure if 5 on both is possible. however even with the 4s, it allows a player to lower one on an imbued jewel short on room (for instance a 35di jewel) or pair it with another piece with 1 hci or dci.
