Did a Ninja nerf go in with Telekinesis?

Not that I am against it to tell you the truth. Up until about 2 weeks ago I always used my lock picker to pick the locks on paragon chests then used my main to set the traps off with telekinesis. I tried that today and when attempting to cast telekinesis on an unlocked chest is says "You cannot do that."

Now I just have to use my lock picker to disarm the traps as well. It made remove trap/detect hidden not as valuable to have but really...after 17 years its finally the time to change this?

You nailed it! They were locked down as I had stockpiled them.
