My Power Scroll Book wont take scrolls

I Have tried to drag and drop power scrolls in but they say "You must lock this down in a house to add scrolls to it" I am the only owner of the house and I have tried the character that built the house.

I type "I wish to secure this" to lock it. It seems to be locked because it has been there 2 days. I have it on the floor.

I am using CC. I did a full file check. I can see the icons for the gifts in the bag.

It gives the same message if I drop a recipe scroll inside.

Any advice? I have not noticed that anyone else has this issue.

On the login screen it says UO Version 7.0.41.1 (Patch Unknown)

There, bizarrely, is the problem. Type 'I wish to lock this down' and target the book instead, and it will work.....

Yes, like the alacrity books, you have to "lock" it instead of "secure" it.
