Halloween Doom Points

I may have missed it somewhere, but do the Halloween artifact points that we turn in to the guy by the tent outside doom carry over to each year on Halloween, or do they reset back to zero?

Also, will the same items that were offered this year be offered with every Halloween? I haven't been able to get enough points for the first item I want (my luck is bad plus haven't been able to play as much as I want/need to get the arti drops), so I'm hoping it can be carried over and the same items offered.

i was also wondering if the turn in npc will vanish when drops stop or will hang and wait for items to he picked and loose doom drops to be gathered and turned in.

kryonix posted somewhere that the npc will remain, however the location will be a different dungeon next year and items may change.

Thanks for the info! Major bummer that I won't be able to get the item I wanted. Nifty idea tho that it can be other dungeons, the variety and all. But at the same time knowing that it'll be other dungeons means it'll be even worse to try to get points depending on the dungeon, so that's disappointing too. I just really hate how little time there was to try to get 50 points, let alone to get two 50 point items.

Seems like it's geared more toward those who have loads of money for luck suits or those who are able to play pretty much non stop with low luck, both of which I don't fall into. The prices for the items I'm guessing are nuts too. Oh well, guess it's like real life, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer trying to buy the stuff to just catch up lol. I may have to just skip these type of events so I don't realize what I'm missing out on.

WTHeck? I used a low luck suit (as I had better drop rate with low than high). Killing random creatures down there for an hour I could net 7-10 arties an hour. That's maybe 6-7 hours of game play over a month (that's how long we had for the event) for 50 arties. And you say we had little time? Nope, I'm not seeing that.

That's maybe 6-7 hours of game play over a month (that's how long we had for the event) for 50 arties. And you say we had little time? Nope, I'm not seeing that.

I spent a few hours a day for like a a grand total of lik 14 days to get like 80. 7-10 an hour is like double that. I heard of people in the guardian room doing numbers like that but killin the other stuff was much slower in my experience.

I was down there for a couple hours at the start when it was a bunch of people. We all did the Dark Guardian room & I was usually able to get one every time they respawned; sometimes I'd get two, others I'd get none. I turned in 70-80 on my mystic (forget exactly how many, but I used an SDI suit, had the Conjurer's Grimoire as my Slayer book, and Nether Cyclone'd whenever they spawned) and 20 on my tamer.

This is what I'm referring to. I personally had no problems getting a couple rewards off that list without having to grind every day for hours on end like the OP is suggesting was needed.
