Can I do a governer?

I am playing in deserted shard, and I wanna governer and I wanna set the trade deal.

My accounts are two, and my char nominated and by other account, I endorse him.

But I cant vote to my char in some msg.

If my char is only for election and dont receive vote, can i do a governer?

You both can vote, the one who is running for Governor and also the one who endorsed him. But you have to wait to vote until voting time, now is just for nominations.

What shard? If you get 1 vote your govenor. On lake austin last round new magica was fought over . We actually have a govenor for each city. What we need are citizens.
