I play EC and i was wondering is there a file i can go into to copy my settings and paste it to a different character? so i dont have to redo all my actions bars, macros....etc?

At your documents folder, find the EA games folder. Open it and navigate to Documents\EA Games\Ultima Online Stygian Abyss\User Data\[your account name]
There you will find folders with the shards you play. Enter it, copy the file of the character you have already set, paste, rename it to the name of the character you want to copy those settings to.

You only really need the macro and desktop files copied and pasted

pinco has also a profile manager you can download that will copy files for you http://www.guain.it/pincoUI/ go to the downloads section ,software download, ec profile manager

Not sure if this works in EC, but you can as a workaround use ALT+92 to make a \ in the CC. 47 is the other way.
