Are you having trouble getting into the account management site? I was just in there a few minutes ago, if you were having problems. Hopefully you are able to get everything straightened out!

If you are having trouble with your CC on the EA account management site, try buying a game time code on Origin and using the game time code on the EA site.

If your CC doesn't work on either, go to a store that sells EA cash cards and use the cash card on the Origin site to buy a game time code and then use the game time code on the EA site. (This is what I do so I know this last option works.)

have tried support they keep telling me I don't own the accounts.then they want me to ans about 30 questions, like wot day did I 1st open the accounts. hell theat was 15 yrs ago,they want my secret word??? wot the heck is a secret word??

Have you tried emailing Mesanna about it? She might be able to keep your houses from IDOC'ng or something like that while you get this figured out.

These pages on the Origin site gives two different e-mail addresses for technical or billing support--one for English support ([email protected]) and one for English support outside of North America ([email protected]). It also says you should add your phone number to the e-mail if you want someone to call you back.
