I logged in, don't see any 17th Anniversary Gifts, would really like a personalized item as I've seen players drop theirs on the ground, I don't want something with someone else's name on it, I seem to always miss these anniversary handout-spawn days for the past 17 years, seem to have missed *every single one* and end up having to buy someone else's name junk, really ticks me off.

So anyone know how I can claim said rewards?

NVM, I see it says "will be" and it says "tomorrow" hehe, but no joke, the only anniversary item I was online to get was the 300th commemoration of the bullcrap mondain garbage, I missed the 5th year, 6th year, 7th year, 8th year, 9th year, 10th year, 11th year, 12th year, 13th year, 14th year, 15th year, 16th year *rewards*, only the tiny cutoff days to get that bag/backpack/box in your backpack, ok maybe I snagged a 10th year cake one time or something but 99% of the time I miss out and I've missed out of every single holiday or reward date that involves a customized item except for V-Day 1999, if I didn't drop it on the ground as I do remember dropping hundreds of V-day cards on the ground, if I didn't drop it there's 5 V-Day cards out there somewhere with my main dudes name on em, maybe I'll find em some day over the rainbow (my lifelong dream to be reunited w/those cards jk).

Well I logged in today, with both of my accounts, my original account established in 1997, and my 2nd account established in 1998 and there's a bug in the system I must say, because I have received no gifts on any of my characters, I logged into every one, zero gifts.

All of my chars have the message "The moons of Trammel yada yada yada" followed by zero gifts.

I know the system should be giving me a gift because the brand new character I made 2 days ago from the slot I deleted shows an attempt at giving that character a gift but says he's too young.

I know the system should be giving a gift because of the announcement, but also because the 1 dude I have that's dead says "You can't receive a gift when you are dead", so logically I rez the char, log out, log back in, the same "The moons of Trammel message" followed by zero gifts. What's up with that?

Either A. The whole system is broken, or B. Only 2 of my characters were randomly chosen to get gifts and they happened to be ineligible? What about all my other characters that are 17 and 16 years old, what about them? Why didn't one of them get a gift?

I'm writing a support ticket, because if this was the only time I wouldn't care so much, but this is 17 years of this stuff happening to me, I *NEVER* seem to get gfits and it really ticks me off.

While Broadsword delayed the start of gift delivery by several days, they kept the somewhere hidden original date to disable them, so these gifts were not even 30 days available, as it was usual for all this kind of gifts before.
Since there has been no developer response to that thread or in common, I assume they won't bother and flip the switch again, together with a proper announcement.
