I went here and purchased a 3 mo. gametime code 2 hours ago, what sort of problem or error are you getting

Thing is - that the code you will get, you have to reformat it. It need to be 6-5-5-5-5 in the digits.

The store give you wrong format, and that will not either game or acc management accept.

I bought quite a few things.
But some combinations cause their system to not allow me to buy.
Say, if I am buying game time code, I can't buy a 10 uses forged metal tool at the same purchase or it will crash.

If I buy them separately, it works. It is pretty dumb.
I hope one day we will be free from the Origin store.

are you in a country other than the U.S.A. (sorry I cannot remember) other than that what Browser are you using.

That is a error that many experienced if you google it. Could you try to do the pruchase from another computer, or another web browser and see if that helps? From what I am understanding, it is a error in the communication when you are closing the deal, and it cannot proceed. I would try another web browser first, then another computer if that fails.

I bought gametime code and token code, and got error until i reformatted that - this was just 2 weeks ago. Maybe your account is different than mine is.

hard to say, but I was able to paste it right into the account management page tonight when I bought the 3 mo. code. I have not tried an in-game code this way, so i cannot speak to that.

This is what I get when I try to buy game time code and 10 uses forged metal tool together.
Buying them separated works.

Try to pack less things in your purchase and try the combinations to find what your local store doesn't like to combine and gives that error.

I copied the code from the confirmation page in web browser - that have always odd digits. I havent seen the ones from emails, cuz i somehow dont recieve them before a day or two later.
