You can imbue ANY 4 mods on it.

You don't really wanna imbue splinter weapons as you cannot apply powder of fort once they are imbued, and having splinter makes them worn very quickly.

Couldnt you PoF it to 255, then imbue, then repair when needed. Would have same life as like brightblade

You can PoF to 255 and repair but it won't last very long. With a brightblade you can power it over and over again so in theory it will last forever.
