Map gone missing

Was just trying out the Merchant Quest system and ran one from Brit to Vesper. Don't know my way around Vesper, so I enlarged my map to find the docks. I was then unable to shrink it back down to normal size, so I closed it. Now I can't get the map up at all.

Tried the M hotkey, the icon in the hotbar, moved everything around the screen to check it wasn't hidden behind the game window, refreshed client, restarted client, reset the UI items to the top corner using the menu option and no cigar. Anyone experienced this/know what I'm doing wrong?

Just logged on another character, closed the map using "M" (no resizing) and can't reopen it.

Thanks for the reply. Just tried that and still can't re-open it.

I logged in a third character and was able to open and close the map with that character. After opening and closing it a bunch of times it then ceased to work on that character. Have tested it on another couple and it's doing the same thing - working for the first few, then not coming back (including chars that I haven't changed any default settings on - first time I've logged them in since the upgrade).

Yes. seems somewhat messy for unknown reasons. I havent found any pattern to it. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. Even on the same char. After some minutes it started working again for 2-3 times and after that stopped again.

Yes, My friend just have the same problem. We tried everything so far, can't find anythig nto get it back.
