17th Anniversary gifts : Not getting them on some Shards ??

Is anyone else NOT getting the 17th Anniversary Gifts on some shards ?

To me, so far I am not getting them on MUGEN.

I tried logging out and in several times but no luck.

Backpack is empty so, PLENTY of room for the bag to spawn and yes, character does is older then 30 days .....

I would hate to stay logged for hours waiting for a Game Master to take care of the problem so, is there any other easier fix ?

Try after Mugen's next maintenance.

Mugen is the only shard right now that has NO gift yet. And still has NO gift... I don't know when it's publish time is but it seems to have gotten forgotten.

pretty poor thoughts on the gifts this year. no reason to even xshard anything which is sad cause it always brings about community and cooperation.

Unless it's a Mugen specific thing from their maintenance, the old bug may be happening ... log the character in, take them to the bank, open their bank, log out, and back in again, The items will probably then appear in your backpack.

Make sure if you are in grid view that you scroll all the way down. I found 3 characters all the way toward the bottom

It seems now Mugen is OK, I just logged in and was able to get the gifts.

There was no gift message received on Mugen.
