Would the OP be willing to say what creature dropped this item. Tram or fel and with luck suit?

If single mod items like this are dropping it's gonna be very interesting.

. Did a couple tmaps last night with my luck suit, this dropped off a balron that came out of chest while looting. Was wearing 2150 luck suit w/ statue and was in fel. Its from new drop system.

No it's new, you can get single modded items again, they seem to be pretty rare though, I've farmed for about 6 hours between now and when the patch went live, I've only gotten one item with a single property.
