These are part of the new loot system. It's not on all loot, it's just one of the "negative" properties that can be on new loot.

The question is..... Say I have 120 STR REAL stat on my character AND say +20 STR on items... That would mean that even cursed I'd be 125 STR always but I'm hoping items like this don't momentarily fall off for the split second it takes the game to realize my TOTAL str (with bonuses) is greater than 125.. because I could totally see that happening lol...

Also... Is 125 STR Requirement.. Massive or Unweildy?

I believe the Str requirement falls under Unwieldy. Massive weighs more. If you have 125 str (either base or with items) and you get cursed, it will fall off if your total Str is less than 125. This has always happened with all Str requirement items...

with metal armors wont be a problem at all, just enhace it, but with tailoring .......

Is this change in loot also causing some items to weigh 50 stones? I am fighting lizards in wrong so I can unravel their junk and found a pair of leathers sleeves that weigh 50 stones.

i believe the ones that have the increased weight are the unwieldy items.

ive pulled many many items over the last 2 days that have the 125 STR.
nothing funnier then seeing a leather gorget with 125 str or a dagger with 125 str requirement.
you'll also find you will have to go and drop off loot bags a lot sooner then you are use too as items seem to have more weight to them.
