It was... I loved it.... My kids loved it. I'm going to introduce it to my Granddaughter someday and I'm hoping she loves it too. That's one of the best movies ever.
As for dying... one or two songs come to mind for me:
It was... I loved it.... My kids loved it. I'm going to introduce it to my Granddaughter someday and I'm hoping she loves it too. That's one of the best movies ever.
Was that princess bride? It really was.
I was half sitting, half lying in an awkward position in a chair, as she did the scan. It was extremely hard for me to breathe, as my right lung was collapsed. Suddenly, during the scan, I lost all air. I assume she had hit my celiac plexus or diaphragm in an very unfortunate way, with the probe. I was swiftly brought back to bed, where I died shortly after.I've never heard of ultrasound causing or in anyway being related to cardiac arrest. Cath lab? sure... dyes are fickle waffles sometimes.
Ultrasound tho....? Never. Not saying it didn't happen to you, just saying what I've studied.
"If I die..." - there is no "if" about it
PS. I'm actually in a Cath Lab lecture this very moment & just asked my instructor (a Dr.) if she'd ever heard of ultrasound related cardiac arrest. Negative Ghostrider. Maybe the "error" was a tech picked up defib paddles thinking it was ultrasound?
Yes, it was The Princess BrideWas that princess bride?
So true, my mother is a doctor and PhD. so naturally I was around her co-workers and friends quite a bit my whole childhood, I was shocked how often mistakes are made in hospitals, some of the stories they talked about were unbelievable, most people don't realize a mistake was made since they don't know what the procedure is usually like, they just assume the pain is normal and deal with it. There are so many things that can, and do go wrong, from technology malfunctions to the doctor being tired and not paying attention to what they're doing. Just because a person is an expert in their field, or have been in that field a long time does not mean they will never make a mistake.Note to anyone reading this : If your EVER uncomfortable during ANY hospital procedure LET THEM KNOW ASAP. Sometimes your own judgment call is better then their PhD. If they don't care enough to alleviate your discomfort, they're prob not the person you want working on you in the 1st place.
