East Coast Server Populations

Can anyone closely guess/rank the East Coast shards in population?

I have been on Origin for a very long time but in the past 6 weeks its basically unplayable (about the same time the Vice/Virtue patch was pushed to Test..I am sure its not related but it was around that time). On Origin my average ping is 118ms, in comparison Atlantic its 12ms. I do not think the 118ms is considered bad but the issue seems to be I get a ton of 10 ms..then get hit with a 600ms which locks the game up.

Loosing my castle on Marble island is going to be painful and something I will probably never have again but unless something changes the game is jacked for me at the moment. Also paying $60-$80 on transfer tokens is a jagged pill to swallow. I guess living in Fairfax I should have stuck with the East Coast all along but there was never a problem in the past.

I am totally torn if I should just wait and see if the connection issue improves, buy an 18x18 and become one of the masses on Atlantic, or move to the slowest paced East Coast Shard.

Not sure about the actual population of payed accounts, but for active players it would be about:

Atlantic: 500 people
Great Lakes: 250 People
Every other east coast shard: 100 people or less

If you do choose to change shards, I'd say pick Chesapeake if you want a tight knit community that has a decent amount of people, or if you just want people to play with whenever you log in and don't really care who it is, pick Atlantic. Atlantic's always been my home but I'm to used to tons of people to switch shards anyways at this point...would probabaly pick Chesapeake if I were a new player.

look at my world tour.... theres basically 4 tiers
above populated atl/gl maybe chezy....ie caqstless hold real estate value as does luna and keeps are hard to find anywere...and sell ???
average populated... euro, cats, etc ...casltes have become cheaper...odd one fall...and keeps are found to place ...
below populated ....look hard enough and castles can be found and keeps lie in ambundance
low low population...many castles and even luna plots lie empty....crazy... but these shards are down to less than 100 active

Atlantic is certainly the most populated and housing can be tough if you want something large. Great Lakes I'd say placing an 18x18 wouldn't be a problem but I doubt there's a castle or keep spot. I did place a mage tower the other day right in the area I wanted to be in. Great lakes is nice, but I don't think I'd want to be on a server with less people than that personally. I live on Great lakes but I do go to Atlantic sometimes for the shopping.
