Worst gaming moment in uo.......so far

Mine was buying a brand spanking new laptop and in the middle of a fel champ spawn which we had just been raided on getting a little over excited and spilling a full glass of vodka and orange over the keyboard, needless to say the drink was lost.

RIP vodka and orange.

Cranberry seems like a trammel fruit whereas oranges are definitely from fel, I could try it but I know I won't like it.

I feel your pain though. I lost a Logitech keyboard to a coke once. I still have it should I decide to try and clean it up. I really liked that keyboard. Had the little nonsense lcd screen at the top with the little door on it. Keys were sticky as hell. They would pop back up after a few seconds, but really annoying.

I lied the worst thing about mine was before spilling the drink I told a guildie I loved her in vent during the champ spawn, we get raided I panicked and spilt a drink over a brand new laptop, it fried the motherboard, ask her she is here...her name is lady cupcake.

Kind of a strange one, but a few years ago during pvp someone yelled "Game Over!" and killed me with a lightning bolt, less than 3 seconds later my computer (laptop) zapped me with little bit of electricity then shut itself down. No idea what caused it, but the timing was creepy.

Sold a person a "rare" item and had it placed in a brown bag. We completed the transaction and apparently he had other empty brown bags in his pack so he decided to throw them in the trash can... Yeah he tossed the item in the trash to be lost forever. This was a worth a ton of gold and almost impossible to replace.. I suppose this was his worst UO day

The day my very wonderful friend announced that he had lung cancer... and couldn't really play anymore. When he told me he needed to close all his accounts and I offered to pack them up for him. It was such a hard job I could barely sort the stuff thru the tears. Slowly I packed all his gifts, all his prizes and all his houses... I miss him so much. For over 6 years we talked almost every day... for hours on end. Now vent seems silent without him. Somehow the game lost something precious. I will treasure the memories for a long time... but I will miss the ole Rascal.

When I left Baja for wow.. During beta.. Came back for a bit then .. Left uo for a few years... Came back shard dead.

When I lost my temper BIG TIME in gen chat at Vyal. He was having one of his moments cussing everyone, everything and the EMs on Legends. He targeted my sis and I , as well as the guild we both belong to. I did put him on ignore, but next thing I knew he's was on an alternate char continuing his cussing fit. Okay put that char on ignore...rinse. . .repeat for three more chars. I just lost it and went off on him. I had paged on him. I don't know if it backfired or if the GM just rounded up anyone that was fighting and hit them over the head with the ban stick. I got a 24 hr ban. Man, I felt stupid, really stupid.:loser: I should just logged rather than let him get under my skin.

never had a bad day really. never really got scammed. the worst times would be when a few guilds i was in broke apart amidst a myriad of cursing and childlike antics. (nothing like the old afk guildie pk at luna bank to stir the pot up.)

one thing that never ceased to amaze me about some of the uo population was how obtuse people could get over a video game...

I'd say RMA the laptop, but that won't be possible. Repair shop might be able to Q-tip the mobo clean like I've done with a few smart people's computers.... that works 5/100 though.

That's what happens though. Food and beverages shouldn't be near electronics.
