If it´s the old used-to-be-blessed type then you can trade it in for a Soulstone token at Brit bank.
Keep it in your backpack and if it´s the old one a gump will appear when you get near the 7AE Trade-In girl NPC.

If you don´t get a gump it means it´s a regular one and I would personally value it at 100-150K.
